California Raffle Disclosure
Sponsoring Organization: Luis Marte Baseball Academy ("LMB"), a youth baseball organization operating in California.
Purpose: Proceeds from this raffle support LMB's Cooperstown trip, including travel, lodging, and tournament fees for participating players.
Odds of Winning: The raffle consists of 25 boxes numbered 1–25. One winner is drawn by random number generator. Each box has an equal 1-in-25 chance of winning. Actual odds depend on the number of boxes claimed at draw time.
Prize Determination: The winning box number is drawn using a random number generator. The holder of the drawn box number wins the prize pool. LMB staff will contact the winner directly.
Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older. This raffle is open to LMB families, players, and supporters.
Governing Law: This raffle is conducted in accordance with California Penal Code §320.5 and applicable California law. LMB is responsible for the conduct of this raffle. All disputes are subject to California law.
